1.Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• If you return the item at the doorstep (see Return Policy), you simply do not pay for the product — there is nothing to refund.
• If you accept the parcel and later return it within the 12–24 hour replacement window, the customer is responsible for the return delivery/courier fee. Once the returned item is received and verified, no further payment is owed by you.
  
  2. Orders Paid in Advance or Partially Paid

If you paid in advance (fully or partially) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card, or bank transfer, and your return/cancellation is approved, Gadgetfactoryreloaded.com will refund the eligible amount to your original MFS number or bank account within 7-10  working days of approval.
3. Pre-Order Cancellations

• Pre-orders require a minimum 10% advance payment, unless the item is ready-to-ship, in which case a higher advance may apply (see Terms & Conditions, Section 4).
• If Gadgetfactoryreloaded.com cancels, delays, or is unable to fulfil a pre-order, the full advance is refunded within 7-10 working days.

If you cancel a pre-order without a valid reason, the fixed cancellation schedule in Section 4 below applies to the advance paid.

4. Cancellation After Processing Has Begun — Fixed Schedule

Cancelling before Gadgetfactoryreloaded.com begins processing your order is always free and fully refundable. Once processing has started, the following fixed, non-discretionary schedule applies to any advance or partial payment made:

• Processing started, not yet packaged: 10% of order value retained
• Packaging complete, not yet handed to courier: 25% of order value retained
• Handed to courier / dispatched: 50% of order value retained

The remaining balance, if any, is refunded via MFS/bank within 7-10 working days. This schedule does not apply, and a full refund is due instead, if the cancellation results from a Gadgetfactoryreloaded.com-side delay, error, or defect.
5. Refund Method & Timeline

• Refunds are issued to the same MFS number or bank account the payment was made from, unless otherwise agreed.
• Standard processing time is 7-10 working days from approval.

Cash-on-delivery orders with no advance payment have nothing to refund, as covered in Section 1.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

• Items accepted at delivery and used, without an unboxing video, reported after the 12–24 hour window
• Change-of-mind cancellations made without justification after processing/dispatch has begun (subject to the cancellation charge in Section 4)
• Delivery charges for orders returned after acceptance (borne by the customer, as noted in Section 1)
